The Next Generation Is Already Here

We believe the next generation is already in the room.

Venture Achievers exists to help young people discover who they are — and build from there. We create learning experiences that develop character, curiosity, and the confidence to take initiative. Entrepreneurship isn’t just about starting companies; it’s about learning how to think, how to create, and how to move from idea to action.

That work begins with self-awareness — and it can start earlier than most people think.

What We Build

Venture Achievers creates a connected learning pathway — from early vocabulary to real-world venture thinking.

The Book
Big Ideas for Little Achievers introduces the language of character, curiosity, and purpose through an A-to-Z vocabulary experience designed to spark meaningful conversations at any early stage — whether it’s bedtime reading, a baby shower gift, or the first book on a shelf.

The Entrepreneurship Curriculum
At the center of Venture Achievers is a comprehensive entrepreneurship curriculum that guides learners from self-discovery to venture creation. Students explore self-awareness, opportunity recognition, business fundamentals, and pitching — developing both mindset and practical skill.

This core curriculum is thoughtfully adapted for two learning environments:

At Home
For families who want to learn together, the at-home experience transforms entrepreneurship into a shared journey. Through guided modules and reflection prompts, parents and children work side-by-side — building confidence, creativity, and clarity together.

In Schools
For classroom settings, the school experience maintains the same venture-based framework while aligning with academic structures. It is flexible across grade levels and can be customized by request to fit specific learning contexts.

Why We Exist

Venture Achievers began with a simple observation: the systems meant to prepare young people often move slower than the world they’re entering.

Schools face bureaucracy. Educators face constraints. Families want more agency.

So we chose to build something modular, adaptable, and accessible — something that meets decision-makers where they are, whether that’s a district office or a kitchen table. We don’t wait for permission to start planting seeds.

Who We Are

Felisha Booker, Founder
An entrepreneur and product architect with two decades of building ventures from idea to execution — including scaling a company to $1M in revenue and raising venture capital. She builds with a future-forward lens, ensuring Venture Achievers products connect vision to measurable outcomes.

Kevin Jack, Co-Founder
An educator and academic leader with over a decade of experience in classrooms and school leadership. He understands what transforms learning from passive instruction into lived experience — and ensures every Venture Achievers program reflects that philosophy.

Together, they bring entrepreneurial execution and educational insight into the same room.

From ABCs to CEOs

We believe development is continuous.

From early vocabulary to venture strategy, from family learning to classroom implementation, Venture Achievers is building a pathway that grows with the learner.

If you’re shaping young minds, leading a program, or building something at home — there’s a place for you here.
